Guild Wars Holiday Weekend
ArenaNet and NCsoft have released details on a special Guild Wars Holiday Weekend event beginning this afternoon and taking place all weekend long.
For the next three days, players who have not purchased Eye of the North will have the ability to take part in a special 5-hour free trial where the account has access to all of the content from Guild Wars' first true expansion.
Additionally, this special Eye of the North weekend means bonus experience for players, as experience gain will be tripled for all accounts for completing the Eye of the North storyline quests! As the developers know that not everyone has reached max-level on all of their characters, Eye of the North content is now open to players as low as level 10.
Eye of the North is a very dangerous land -- so anyone below 20 will be temporarily buffed up to level 20 in power during their excursions through the frozen lands of the North.
Be sure to keep an eye out for three unique items as well, that will be dropping all weekend long from creatures in Eye of the North: Sparklers, Hunter's Ale, and Honeycombs.
Some features of the weekend:
- Triple experience from all primary storyline quests in Eye of the North.
- Double the chance to receive rare items from chests, and triple the drop rate of Lockpicks in Eye of the North.
- Double gold and experience rewards for vanquishing Eye of the North explorable areas while playing in Hard Mode.

backtothepast00Nice to see they now allow you to come in at a lower level. If you don't this area, you should understand its meant for level 20s. If they did not add the boost to low levels they would never make it very far and would just be able to watch their npc henchmen attack for them.
Survivor title has basically been given a carefree but somewhat slow process now. Killing the worms outside boreal is super simple and its harder to die than to live when fighting them. About 396 exp per kill at lvl 20 on hard mode.
